Returns and Exchanges
At Elemental Barossa customer satisfaction is important to us, so if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any item within 7 days of receiving it, weâ€™ll be happy for you to return the item for either a replacement item or a refund. Postage costs of returned items are the responsibiity of the consumer.
We take upmost care in packaging our items prior to sending, however breakages may occur. If this does occur and an item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. We may ask for items to be returned to us for a quality inspection, to ensure those rare problems donâ€™t occur again. This will be at Elemental Barossa's cost.
